검은 바탕에 화려하게 반짝이는 조개껍질을 잘게 쪼개 고사인물화(故事人物畵)와 연못 속의 물고기를 묘사한 나전 삼층장입니다.
천판(天板)의 좌우 양쪽 끝은 비스듬히 사선을 그리며 위쪽으로 벌어져 있고, 그 아래 장방형의 뚫린 수납공간이 있으며 좌우로 쌍을 이룬 여닫이문으로 이루어져 있습니다.
이 나전 삼층장의 고사인물화는 선비가 나귀를 타고 집과 나무가 있는 산수를 지나는 장면이 표현되어 있습니다.

顶板的两侧斜着呈曲线展开，下面由打通的开放式长方形收纳空间和左右成对的开关门组成。
