사자가 바닥에 엎드린 모양의 북송 균요(均窯) 잔 받침대이다. 사자의 눈이 동그랗고 표정이 생동감이 넘친다.
사자의 등 위에는 꽃 모양의 받침대가 있어서 찻잔을 받칠 수 있는 차 받침 그릇으로 쓸 수 있다. 전체적으로 하늘색 배경에 균요의 특징 중 하나인 자홍색 반점이 군데 군데 찍혀있으며 사자의 귀나 발, 꼬리 털이나 잔받침대 끝 부분은 황녹색의 색감을 띠고 있다. 굽 바닥에는 갈색 유약이 칠해져 있으며, 출토 흔적이 남아 있다. 이렇듯 하나의 도자에서 신비스러운 여러 색채 변화를 보이는 것은 균요 자기의 특징이다. 표면에는 미세한 빙렬이 확인되며 광택이 있다.
这是狮子趴伏在地上模样的北宋钧窑盏台，狮子怒目圆睁，神态生动。
狮子背上有个花形支架，可作为茶杯下面的茶托。整体天蓝色背景下钧窑的特征之紫红色斑点随处可见，狮子的耳朵、爪子、尾巴上的毛等在盏托的尾处可以看到黄绿色的色感。底足施褐色釉，仍留出土痕迹。像这样，在单一陶器中呈现神秘色彩变化的技术是钧窑的特色。可以确认到盏托的表面处有细微的冰裂，有光泽。

The lobed support on the back of the lion works as a saucer of a teapot. There are purple and crimson splashes in places on the milky-blue ground, which is one of the characteristics of Jun ware. The lion's ear, feet, tail, and edge of the saucer are glazed in yellowish green. The base is glazed in brown with remaining traces of excavation. This vibrant color change technique is one of the characteristics of Jun ware. The lustrous surface is covered with fine crackles.
