북송 정요(定黨)에서 제작된 것으로 어깨에서부터 몸체가 풍만해지고 아래로 내려갈수록 좁아지다가 굽이 밖으로 살짝 벌어진 물고기 모양 매병이다.
굽을 제외하고 전체적으로 흑유(黑釉)가 칠해져 있으며, 장유(酱釉)로 물고기 비늘 등의 문양이 그려져 있다.
구연부에 해당하는 물고기의 입은 벌려져 있고 굽 바닥에는 출토 흔적이 그대로 남아 있으며, '상식국(尙食局)'이라고 새겨진 굽 관지가 있는 것으로 보 북송 휘종의 부장품으로 추정된다. 상식국(尙食局)은 황실의 음식을 관리하는 관청으로, 약 조제를 담당하는 상약국(尙藥局)과 함께 중국 황실의 전중성(殿中省)에 속한 관청이다.
정요 자기는 황제에게 바치는 공자(貢瓷)이기 때문에 관지가 대부분 궁중과 관련이 있다. 어용자기(御用磁器)인 상약국(尙藥局), 상식국(尙食局) 관지의 정요 자기는 북송 휘종 재위기간(1100~1125)의 생산품으로 추정된다.
该梅瓶制造于北宋定窑，丰肩，肩以下渐收，撇足，鱼状。
除底足外，整体施黑釉，并用酱釉绘鱼鳞等纹样。
口沿部即鱼嘴张开，底足仍留出土的痕迹，署“尚食局”款识，推测是宋徽宗的随葬品。尚食局是中国古代负责供应皇室饮食的机构，和制药的尚药局一同隶属中国皇室的殿中省。
定窑瓷器是进奉皇帝的，所以瓷器款识多与宫廷有关。据推测，御用瓷器尚药局和尚食局款识的定窑瓷器制造于北宋徽宗在位时期(1100~1125年)。
A fish-form meiping vase with a smoothly sloping body swelling from the shoulder and tapering to the slightly flared foot, made in the Ding Kiln of the Northern Song Dynasty.
The surface is glazed overall in black and painted with scales in brown glaze.
The mouth of the fish, which corresponds to the mouth of the vase, is open, and there are still traces of excavation on the base. The base is incised with a three-character inscription reading shang shi ju, suggesting that the present work was a grave good of Emperor Huizong of Northern Song. Shangshi Bureau (尚食局) was an institution responsible for supplying royal food and beverages in ancient China, belonging to Dianzhong Province of the Chinese imperial court together with the pharmaceutical Shangyao Bureau.
Ding ware was made to serve the emperor, so the inscriptions were mostly related to the court. It is presumed that the Ding ware with a seal of Shang Yao Bureau or Shang Shi Bureau was made during the reign of Emperor Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty (1100-1125).
